Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING COSTS

At this stage we are only able to ship to South African buyers.

We prefer using PostNet counter to counter deliveries, however should the buyer wish to arrange their own courier we will be happy to oblige.

Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to re-quote on deliveries if the items ordered are coming from multiple suppliers, the items are large or bulky, or need to be delivered to areas not serviced by PostNet.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed a week following payment being received. For example, if a plant is ordered and paid for on Wednesday, shipping will take place early in the following week unless specified by the seller.

Orders received and paid for over the weekend will be processed the following week. To ensure plants spend the least amount of time in transit, shipping takes place on Mondays to Wednesdays.

If you require faster delivery or would like to collect your order, please indicate this when placing the order.

Orders will only be shipped once funds reflect in our account.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Due to the limited number of plants offered it is possible for a plant to be sold out while in your cart. Plants are sold on a first come first served basis. Once an order is placed we will confirm stock availability via email, quote for shipping and send you an invoice with banking details. 

Plants4Sale will always do everything in our power to provide our clients with accurate stock information but plants being plants sometimes our sellers might have a problem. We will offer our client an alternative or immediate refund on the plants ordered which cannot be honoured.

Plants4Sale reserves the right to cancel any order if the plant ordered is not in stock.

If you have already paid and the plant is out of stock, we will give you a full refund or store credit.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped via PostNet we will send you a tracking number, this will allow you to track your package on PostNet’s website.

If you have not received a tracking number after a day or two please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY

Kindly note that if there are any damaged/missing plants in your order, it must be reported within one day upon receiving your parcel. Please check your parcel upon arrival to ensure everything is in order.

All plants are shipped in good condition and utmost care is taken in packing. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged which occurs during shipping.
